However we understand that you may occasionally wish to return your item. We do not offer refunds at Three Angels unless an item is found to be faulty, however we are happy to offer you a credit note or exchange within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase."
Due to the nature of our business and taking into consideration that a lot of our pieces are over 100 years old we urge you to fully inspect the item before you purchase it and make sure you are happy with all of its potential quirky characteristics!

If you are purchasing an item from our website/e bay/instagram etc and require it to be delivered further a field than Brighton and Hove we use a courier service. Please allow 14 days from purchase and booking for your delivery for your to arrive.
The courier we use is professional and reliable but is only a one man service so will always require assistance to unload at your end. They operate 3 price bands depending on the size of the piece. These are as follows Small £54 Medium £66 Large £90. Please contact us for more information regarding delivery costs. We will always attempt to deliver to you locally for free.
When using our courier service for deliveries further afield than Brighton and Hove please be aware that they are not insured to take items into your home.
A two man delivery service is available on request at an extra cost.
At three Angels we are happy to store your items for 2 weeks after purchase. After this time we charge a fee of £10 per day.
